i’m very disappointed with my service. staff were extremely rude to my friend and I. The guy doing my nails was forcefully pulling my arms and hands and getting upset with me for “chatting” with my friend. He was rushing over my nails with the files, burning me. and when cutting my cuticles he did not cut he ripped them off. he was working extremely fast and wouldn’t let me take time to choose a colour as he already started the service. it took 20 min for a full set (extremely rushed). there signs say $30-35 for a full set yet charged me $56 for short, one colour set. they did not sanitize any tools after me before starting the next lady’s. they were arguing when multiple women who had complaints as well. None of this was at all “self care or relaxing” it was extremely over stimulating as they were yelling at other customers. Me or my friend will not be going back.

This is one of my go to places to get my nails done they do a awesome job every time, super kind people although I had to ask them to repeat themselves a few times, they are with out a doubt my first opinion to go to!

Love my custom nails!! You guys always hit the mark with every challenge I put in front of you!! Once again you guys have knocked it out of the park!! Your ability to recreate art from a photo is amazing!!

Honestly the worst experience I had. My nails are bulgy and uneven. I had to go home and file it to get it even. She did 3 layers and asked me if i want more. All of them kept talking to each other making me so uncomfortable as it look and sound like theyre gossiping about you. She kept insisting on doing pedicure which i told her no twice. By the time i have to pay, she'll be looking at me and the machine if i'm going to tip her. I went out and felt like she followed me. (Or maybe its just me)

UPDATE Went in for my regular fill and wasn't sure(as always) what design or color I wanted. As usual, Tina had one in mind for me. Spring and Easter colors plus still getting my hot pink I 💗 Go in today to get some Easter 🐣 or Spring nails today! The staff are always happy and joke around a lot lol. Always make me feel special and yes friends. MANY MOONS AGO Went in without an appointment and they helped me right away. Beautiful work. Will recommend to everyone I know. Salon was clean and bright. Staff was very friendly. Update Still going and my nails have never looked this amazing.
